Cooking Class: 
We will focus on social skills while using common kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, griddle, instapot, air fryer, stove top etc.) to make a healthy meal!  If your child loves to be in the kitchen, this is for them! Please make note of any allergies in the comment section. 
 Ages 6-9:  Tuesdays 5:15pm - 6:15pm (Led by Alissa Monette)

Healthy Bodies Class (Work Out Edition!)
 This class will cover how we can best take care of ourselves - our body and our mind! We will be working out each class using different exercises (cardio, HIIT, weight lifting, and more!). Led by Josh Miles. Please bring a water bottle and sneakers!
 Ages 12+: Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm

Music & Movement Class:
This class provides a safe and fun place to let out energy, learn about rhythm and beats, dance to music and let their creative sides flow! Each class will have a different theme. Led by assistant program director, Alissa Monette.
Ages 9+: Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Students will practice yoga, learn more about body awareness, self regulation and personal space during this class. Led by assistant program director, Alissa Monette.

Sexuality Education Class
For individuals 16 and older. Our comprehensive sexuality education classes teach individuals  age appropriate skills and knowledge that will support safety and minimize harm, along with allowing the student to experience a full and meaningful life. It is an opportunity to create an equitable experience for all.  These classes support the development of safe and healthy decision making in relationships. Attending these classes may help oneself understand their own unique sexuality, and encourage confidence in being themselves. Topics in these classes include but are not limited to: human development & growth, healthy communication, private vs public, and safe sexual behavior. 
About the curriculum: Emily Carpenter, owner of SAGE, has been trained as a Sexuality Educator through the ElevatUs Curriculum training program, the leaders in sexuality education for individuals with disabilities.

 NEW!! ​Building a Positive Future:
This class focuses on helping teens and adults become positive, respectful, and responsible individuals who contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life examples, students will explore how to make a positive impact in their daily lives and build stronger relationships with others while learning how to work as a team. Students will work together on community projects such as blanket making for local hospitals, dog toy making for shelters, organizing a food drive, and more. Led by Josh Miles.
