Social Skills (Making Connections)
This class will support individuals on creating and keeping friendships, conversational skills, how to deal with conflict, advocating for oneself, social cues, and more! Each class will have a different task (simple cooking, art, movement, etc) along with the explicit teaching of social skills. Explicit social skills teaching will include role playing, improv and hands on learning.
*DAY CHANGE* Ages 4-6: Mondays 4:15 - 5:15
Ages 7-10: Thursdays 4:15 - 5:15
Ages 11-15: Thursdays 5:30-6:30

Social Skills (Making Connections) for Adults (16+)
This class will focus on a variety of social skills, including conversations with adults and peers, how to deal with conflict, relationship conversations, asking for help/support, advocating for oneself, understanding body language, social cues, and more!  These skills will be taught explicitly, and then practiced using role plays, a variety of social scenarios, and improv. This class will give participants the opportunity to create, maintain, and strengthen friendships, and relationships, and gain confidence. This term there will also be a focus on romantic relationships and dating.
 Ages 16: Wednesdays 6:45pm - 7:45pm

Sexuality Education (Level 1, age 11+)
This class focuses on the first half the ElevatUs Curriculum that is used in our Healthy Relationships/Sexuality Education Class. This class is intended for a younger audience and teaches about different types of relationships, body parts, puberty, public vs private, and online safety. This class caps at 5 students. Sexuality Education (Level 2, age 16+)
​For individuals 16 and older. Our comprehensive sexuality education classes teach individuals  age appropriate skills and knowledge that will support safety and minimize harm, along with allowing the student to experience a full and meaningful life. These classes support the development of safe and healthy decision making in relationships. Topics in these classes include but are not limited to: human development & growth, healthy communication, relationships, private vs public, puberty, pregnancy and safe sexual behavior. Art Exploration
Students will explore different types of art forms including painting, clay, drawing, multimedia art, and more!
