Sexuality Education & Healthy Relationships Classes

For individuals 16 and older. Our comprehensive sexuality education classes teach individuals age appropriate skills and knowledge that will support safety and minimize harm, along with allowing the student to experience a full and meaningful life. It is an opportunity to create an equitable experience for all. These classes support the development of safe and healthy decision making in relationships. Attending these classes may help oneself understand their own unique sexuality, and encourage confidence in being themselves. Topics in these classes include but are not limited to: human development & growth, healthy communication, private vs public, and safe sexual behavior. Resources for family and staff are also available.
About the curriculum: Emily Carpenter, owner of SAGE, has been trained as a Sexuality Educator through the ElevatUs Curriculum training program, the leaders in sexuality education for individuals with disabilities.
